And deep cleaning is done frequently to keep things looking good, smelling good, and sanitary. To make things simpler, your cleaning schedule can include daily, weekly and monthly bathroom tasks. This is where a cleaning checklist is invaluable.

Less Often Bathroom Cleaning Checklist
These tasks don’t need to be done as frequently as the others, but they’re still important.
When they are neglected it doesn’t take long to become noticeable. The room begins to feel “rough” around the edges and feels less than cared for.
You may not be able to see the clutter under the sink when you walk into the room, but you know it’s there. And you have to deal with it every time you open the door.
Also, the bathroom is one of the dustiest rooms in the house. So thoroughly managing the dust on everything (walls, ceiling, etc.) is noticeable.
Of course, you want your bathroom to smell good too! Keeping the drains clear and sanitized will prevent a lot of unwanted odors from developing.
- Dust walls, ceiling, baseboards, trim, and doors
- Wash shower curtain & liner
- Clean grout
- Deep clean shower head
- Sanitize shower and sink drains
- Dust exhaust fan vent
- Clean trash can
- Declutter & clean medicine cabinet (3-6 months)
- Declutter & clean under sink (3-6 months)
- Declutter & clean closet (3-6 months)
- Clean exhaust fan (6 months)
- Clean light fixtures (6 months)
